Strong-willed Cayden is rescued from an abusive foster home by her older brother Liam whom she hasn’t seen in over two years. As Liam desperately attempts to reconnect with his sister, Cayden is forced to decide if she even wants to be rescued.

This film explores the question of whether it is better to stay in a place that's familiar but harmful or to forge into the frightful unknown where the future is uncertain but the promise of hope is great.
